A while back you mentioned that many of the preferences that we want to save would be stored " in the cloud" . Is this something we will set up for ourselves with our own accounts (Evernote, Skydrive, etc..), or will this be strictly a monthly subscription to a dedicated server (like IronKey?) ?

Hi, hope you are enjoying KNOS beta 2. It's awfully premature to be getting into this aspect of KNOS's future. The following is *PURE* speculation. We will offer custom cloud builds, so a corporation can distribute KNOS to their employees for example, and point them exclusively to their corporate servers in addition to a proposed KNOS cloud service for individuals. Further into the future, there may be standalone or HD installable builds available, but we are *really* putting the cart before the horse on those.

I am enjoying KNOS3 now! Just wondering if there is any news on the "Remembering preferences" ?

That's one for the future KNOS service. As soon as we get some funding, we'll be developing it.
