"login ............ too short" appeared during boot. (there was a long string of characters where the ..... are which I couldn't copy down) [[ part of it was " T_delta15" , if thats any help ]]
What do I do to make it "long enough"?

Nothing you have to do there at all ... the "login too short" is the result of our design and shouldn't show at all normally ... KNOS handles the login for you so that no password is required at all. This is a complaint from the Xorg handler and some internal code known as "pam.d" within KNOS ... it's expecting a login screen and for you to enter a password to load the desktop, and that's all handled within our own code into secured knosuser mode. The screen should have blanked by the time that shows up, but apparently your video card is a little slower than expected changing from text mode into graphics mode. It's NOT a problem at all ...
